Echoes from the Void

Michael Ho

Exhibition

Event overview

Michael Ho's new work, Echoes from the Void, launches as part of the major exhibition 'Hollow Earth: Art, Caves & The Subterranean Imaginary' at Nottingham Contemporary.

'Hollow Earth' is a Hayward Gallery Touring exhibition, developed in partnership with Nottingham Contemporary and in collaboration with Glucksman, Cork and RAMM, Exeter.

Ho’s haunting, elliptical video considers the echo chambers of contemporary conspiracy theories alongside the mythic, subterranean topography of the cave.

Echoes from the Void (2022) was commissioned by Film and Video Umbrella as part of BEYOND #2.
