My Father's Car shows as part of Quay Arts’ biennial Open Exhibition, titled and themed I must down to the seas again. The phrase is borrowed from John Masefield’s original 1902 Sea Fever poem, and titles an exhibition of sea and marine inspired works that reflect love, fear, and curiosity about the sea.
