The Eye That Articulates Belongs on Land will screen at Bildmuseet as part of the events programme accompanying Perpetual Uncertainty / Contemporary Art in the Nuclear Anthropocene. 

The exhibition brings together artists' work from Europe, Japan, the USA and Australia to explore how nuclear technology - with its rapid, destructive power and incomprehensibly long radioactive half-life - has influenced our interpretations of time. To accompany the screening, environmental and technology historian Dolly Jørgensen from Luleå University of Technology will give her view on how humans are changing the planet and its inhabitants.

The Eye That Articulates Belongs on Land was originally commissioned as part of the Jerwood/FVU Awards 2016: a collaboration between Jerwood Charitable Foundation and FVU. In association with CCA: Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow and University of East London.
