The Sea is an Edge and an Ending screens as part of the poetry festival Poetry in Aldeburgh. The film investigates what it means to lose your memory and disappear into the present tense. Its framework is a sequence of poems Lavinia Greenlaw wrote about her father’s death from Alzheimer’s. Lavinia is also taking part in sevral readings throughout the festival.
